I have been trying to contact Lorealle @ HoJo & I havent gotten a response. I know she usually responds quickly so maybe I have the wrong email address for her.

Could someone please share her email/phone# for reservations.

Lorealle might be on vacation for the holidays. There are other res agents there who are able to help as well, just as long as you speak to someone in the in-house reservations deparment (which won't be open now until tomorrow morning), you should be fine.

Hi there, she is indeed off till monday. I checked on friday and she was off cause i just wanted to say hello and thanks for the great information and tips she provides us on these boards.

In House Reservations is closed on Sunday. Lorealle may be off until Tuesday, I want to say she has Sunday & Monday off but I don't know, I'm probably wrong. LOL If Lorealle isn't in ask for Jennifer, she is helpful and friendly as Lorealle and she's who I go to in case Lorealle isn't available.
