Phone call from the DCR after faxing a loop request?

Long time reader and never a poster on the forum so here goes. Sent the loop request form I found on the forum for my trip this weekend for the Half Ironman race at the Fort, and about an hour later received a call from the Contemporary Resort. I called the number back and the woman I spoke to knew nothing of it. This ever happen to anyone??

I've never seen it posted before. Sounds like a fluke.
