Phone call from Mickey

I've put in my request for the free character call from Mickey on my Cruise reservation page, but it keeps saying to Request Call. I have email confirmation that the call is supposed to happen, but it didn't register on my Cruise reservation page. Is this normal?

Kids really enjoyed it, and are asking if he can call again! I chose the mickey/Minnie one, next I'll have goofy call. Our trip is summer 2019. I'm guessing we're going to get lots of phone calls between now and then!

Just a prerecorded message about how [character chosen] can't wait to see you. Even though they have you put a name and which ship you are on and such on the form, the message doesn't include those personalized things like we thought. Our DD8 loved it, but I wouldn't bother for adults.

I schedule it for the evening before my activity window opens at midnight! It has to be at like 7 because you can’t do it late. But it is a fun reminder!

There are a couple of options. We always pick the Mickey and Minnie one, and it's basically Mickey trying to invite you on the cruise, but Minnie keeps interrupting him.

Yikes! Glad I pick Mickey only! Minnie annoys me in general - but to have her interrupting all the time? Ew!
