phone ADR's

What time can you call to make ADR's by phone? Is is still 7:00 AM eastern? If so, then wouldn't it be a big disadvantage to make adr's by phone since you can make them online at 6:00 am eastern?

Yes, it is 7:00. When my online ADR's wouldn't work for my full stay, I had to call (6:00 a.m.) my time. I was still able to get everything I wanted with exception to 1 time that was just a little off. A lot of people like to sleep in for some reason Good for people making ADR's by phone
