I haven't seen anyone post that they have made them.
I do not think that they have a date to begin appearing as of yet.

Ive seen a few photographs of Phineas and Ferb with people. I made a couple pages since we're going in a couple weeks - if anyone else was looking for them. I'm not good with graphics but they'll work for my kids
