Phineas and Pherb designs?

I'm just wondering if someone has or could make a design with these Disney characters? With some sort of clever, yet mischeivious saying on it? Thanks!! My boys woiuld love it!!

I'm pretty sure it was Milliepie that has one that has Doofenshmirtz holding fast passes that says "the line eliminator-inator". We used it on our trip to WDW

She has another one in there that has the saying - but I like the background on this one better. DH is going to try and add the words to this, but we don't know what we're doing really!
