Philharmagic glitchy 14th Feb 2020

It’s the final day of my WDW trip and I’ve been at Magic Kingdom for the after hours villains event. I love Philharmagic and headed there just before 10pm, to enjoy a quiet screening - but something was wrong with the projection. It played through with the effects/ audio etc, but the picture throughout seemed to be shaking up and down a bit constantly (almost like the projector wasn’t stable if that makes sense). I wasn’t the only person to notice it, my partner did too, and another guest at the end said it ‘messed with his equilibrium’ and it really did that same for me too, sort of like a motion sickness feeling.

I’ve had a headache all evening unfortunately as a result and it really spoiled the rest of the event for me. Hopefully it’s not a regular thing and is playing normally again tomorrow. I told the cast members about it at the time.

We've always enjoyed Philharmagic, but on our last trip, it really seemed dark, blurry and a little grainy. In my head I don't remember it being like that, but maybe it always was? My wife had to take her 3D glasses off and just close her eyes because she felt a little nauseous during the presentation. Of all the remastering we see of theater movies these days, I'd love to see this little one get a shiny coat of paint.

Yeah last summer I noticed the quality had gone way down. Love the show but it needs a bit of a cleaning up of the film

It needs a good refresh too, but the wiggly/shaky screen was new (we watched it earlier in the trip too). Hopefully it’s not giving folks headaches all the time!
