On page 9 of Purchase agreement it states,
Disney's resorts at Disneyland California and Oahu, Hawaii are only "possible component sites" which many never be added to the Disney Vacation Club Multi-Site Timeshare plan...Do not purchase an interest in a DVC in reliance upon the addition of these component sites or the addition of any new resorts??????

Comments..Guess everyone is hopeful that they in fact will be part of the Multi-Site Timeshare Plan??????????????

This is standard verbiage used to protect DVC from lawsuits if they do change their mind.

I'm thinking California is a pretty safe bet for inclusion at this point. Construction is evident and the models are open.

Its there just to protect them from people who might say later "Well, I read online that......" in the event that something does change. In essence, you are buying into DVC and its current offerings, not current and future offerings.

When I bought BWV in 1999, they had the same wording for VWL, which was then under construction.

When we bought in 1992, they had the same disclaimer for any other DVC location that may be built. As OKW was the only DVC at the time.
