From D-troops 4/25/05:

Peter Pan's Flight: The attraction will be closed for refurbishment from Sunday, May 22 and will reopen on Friday, May 27, 2005, according to DisneyWorld.com.

Whoops! I almost posted my shock and disappointment that they would close it over Memoial day, but it won't be.

Whew! We arrive May 28th and I love this ride.

Well nuts - I am about tired of things being closed and was hoping that it was all leading up to May 5th and now it would be "all access" for a while. Oh well.

The refurb dates are the exact dates of our trip! That really stinks! It's one of DS's favorite rides.

How much of a refurb can they do in less than a week?

We are in MK on 25th May so will not be able to ride. This will be a shame for our friends who are once in lifetime visitors to WDW. We will ride when we go to DLP in October.

We rode this in April and what I noticed then was that it needs a really good dusting. So maybe its something as simple as that and some touch up painting.
