Peter Pan Closed July 28-31

Just noticed that the DLR website lists PP as being down next week July 28-31. It was scheduled to be down this past week as well July 21-24. Bummer for me as those are the exact days I will be there.

ETA - I checked the schedule earlier this week and PP was scheduled to be open next week on July 28. This change was just made in the last day or two. Disney, that is not cool to do at the last minute. And in the middle of summer.

It looks like it's not going to be down this week now. It was supposed to be down starting on Monday. I had told my kids we probably wouldn't ride it. We sill may not if the line is super long when we get there on our magic morning.

GRRRRRR.....our MM day was going to be the 31st!! And it was mainly for PP that is pretty frustrating, I hope it doesn't go any longer than that or it will be our whole trip!!

Thanks for the update! I will be sure we do this our first park day if the kids want to do it. Otherwise we are out of luck. Of course, I'm also now concerned about how the closure will affect wait times at the other FL rides. I'm with Hydroguy, not a great last minute, middle of summer decision Disney!

FWIW, when we went this past Sunday (non-MM day), the wait was only 20 mins at 8:40am. I hope this helps someone.

Sympathies extended to Hydroguy and all those going the week of the 28th, BUT I am going next week so am thrilled that this has been moved a week back. Yahoo! When there's a smile in your heart, there's no better time to start.....

Yes, this is going to make for quite the morning. Character breakfast followed by a 2 hour wait for Peter Pan.

Let's just hope he likes Pirates of the Caribbean enough that he isn't begging to go on Peter Pan again.

EDIT: Oh, and I'm having a hard time remembering, are there any other Peter Pan or Captain Hook themed areas in DL?

PP was closed today? It is not listed on the website as being closed.

We didn't make it far into DL yesterday - it was our DCA day. But, it sounds like it might still be going some!

No, the ride is it. Although you can see PP and Hook in Fantasmic. And PP is often out in FL for photos.
