Why isn’t Pete a character walking around Disneyland? Is it because he is too scary or he sounds like the Big Bad Wolf? Or he is defiant against the boss?

I love Pete and would love to see him in the parks but there are many "bigger" characters than him that you rarely (or never see). I'd love to see Max! I also think characters like Joy, and Anger, Hercules and Meg, Tarzan and Jane, Wreck it Ralph and Penelope, Lilo and Stitch, etc are more popular
