what time do you put the podcast up, I know I can download it for the walk to work sometimes, and I am from the UK, I go out to work at 8.40 am

I try to get it up early on Tuesday mornings - but that's not set in stone. This weeks show will be going up later in the day on Tuesday - but most of the time, I try to have the show up very early in the AM on Tuesday's.
