Indeed. When you first mentioned that you began walking around your living room, I put one and one together. I don't get to watch any of the Podcast shows live, but I do try to catch them on
YouTube. So I found myself watching 2-2.5 hours a week of Podcasts sitting on my a$$ in my living room. That was one of the "ones". I have a treadmill in my basement. That was the other "one". I put them together, and went out and bought a new, inexpensive TV that had "Smart" features including YouTube, and hung it on the wall in front of my treadmill. Now, I will not allow myself to watch a Podcast unless I am on the treadmill. So it comes full circle. You lost weight by walking around your living room, and I am losing weight power walking on my treadmill watching you talk about losing weight. Or something like that. So thanks for the inspiration!
