We are all better off when Congress spends time grilling Roger Clemens. The reason I say this is look how screwed up things get when they actually sit down and concentrate on the important issues of the day.
As many libertarians have pointed out, the Bill of Rights to the U.S. Constitution should have stopped after the first 5 words of the First Amendment: "Congress shall make no law..."
