We like the Wave for breakfast; the menu is relatively inexpensive and it's not a frazzled mess of people like some of the other restaurants. Service has been hit and miss but here lately, has been very good. The atmosphere is quite boring so I've never been drawn to pay the $$ for dinner there.
DH often orders the buffet and it had eggs Benedict on it a few weeks ago; not sure about french toast. I nearly always order the avocado toast but occasionally get the egg white frittata - never tried the buffet.
I see it as solid, convenient, hotel lobby food. It's not a food destination or a special occasion spot, IMO.
