Hi, Pete,

I just got the lastest newsletter from International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions - IAAPA.

It might be something that insterests you, if you are not already involved. They have a large convention in Orlando or Atlanta most years in November with the latest rides, games, etc.

Here are the headlines for some of the news stories I just got:

Hit Entertainment to Build Theme Park in Dubai

Great Wolf Resorts Narrows Fourth-Quarter Loss

Construction to Begin this Year on $500 Million Earth Quest Adventures Dinosaur Theme Park Near Houston, Texas

Segway Lawsuit Dismissed in Florida

Revenue Bond Legislation for Proposed Decades Music Theme Park Moves Forward in Arizona

Tokyo Disneyland Introduces Senior Season Pass

$25 Million CoCo Key Water Resort Breaks Ground in Mount Laurel, New Jersey

Big Kahuna’s Expanding in Destin, Florida

Water-Saving Measures Allow Six Flags Over Georgia to Open Water Rides

Disney’s Magical Express May Expand at Orlando Airport

SeaWorld Orlando Tests Hydrogen-Powered Shuttles

Historic Mangels Carousel to be Auctioned in Florida

Construction Halted on Seven Wonders of the World Theme Park in Georgia

It's more of a global look at the amusement word, but lots about Disney also.
PM me and I can send you links to the stories if you are interested.

Thanks,
Steve

I'd be interested in the expansion of DME. It would be really nice if they included DCL transfers as part of the service.

I agree wholeheartedly. Not that Pete would like them any better if they did.
