Pete and the Professor

When I talk about characters at wdw, my 2 year old keeps asking to see Pete and the Professor (Ludwig von Drake). I don't recall either being at any park, but I'm not a meet n greet expert. Anyone know if either character is anywhere? My daughter would be so happy

Sadly, neither Pete or Dr. Ludwig Von Drake make appearances regularly. I always hope for a surprise visit from a rare character, but I have not seen them.

Thank you, though disappointing news it's what I expected. The Professor doesn't surprise me, but little kids really seem to be drawn to Pete. He doesn't have the representation he deserves in the parks.
