Petal Cones

Is it possible to make our own petal cones for an escape wedding at SBP and Disney just provide the petals or does everything have to go from Disney.

I think Disney would have to do them. I think they would be considered decor and not personal floral. You can only use outside vendors for personal floral when using an outdoor venue.
