Pet Stocking Exchange Sent/Received

I don't know what is going on with our packages.
Steph mailed them FED EX from Sarasota and she has the tracking #'s so I can't check. I'll see her tomorrow (or later today, actually) and ask her for them so we can check.
I'm really worried though, I had Obi-Wan Pinobi's doggie and Steph had Sandy Hulings Leontyne Kitty and we feel so bad. We have been so anxious to hear about the gifts because we think they are going to just love everything, I'm so sorry these are taking so long to get to their destinations. Guess I'll start using USPS again instead of FED EX.

I heard from cvemom. She said Mika has received her stocking but she hasn't had a chance to post. Her mom has been in the hospital. She is checking DC and will let us know the status of Tinker's package soon.

Finally a few minutes to DIS! Our Mom was in and out of the hospital this week and we (my sis, cvemom, my dad and I) don't know which end is up. Mom is not only ill, but so angry and embarassed about being ill that she is feeling miserable...and taking it out on us. But enough about that.

I picked up Leontyne Kitty's package from my front porch on Friday morning. I am guessing that it arrived on Thursday. Anyway, we opened it last night and Leontyne is still exhausted today from all of the goodies!

Leontyne says thank you to Auntie Stephenie! She had so much fun with everything, including the shipping box! She is in sensory overload and is taking a nap right now. I tried to explain to her that even though Keema (Dog of Stephenie’s Mom) didn’t want clothing, she might enjoy her new clothing. Here's what she received:

Purple stocking
Princess T-Shirt and Princess Hat (OMG!!! So funny! Picture a cat who is frozen and won’t move!!! Photos later after I take care of my new scratches from the dressing and undressing procedure. Bring on the Band-Aids and the Neosporin!)
“Diamond” collar and a charm (Sorry, Steph! Even with diamonds she doesn’t want to wear a collar. She is having fun playing with it though...and hiding it! Actually the t-shirt was easier to put on her.)
