Any recommendations for close to Disney, pet friendly, and fenced yard?

I found a 5 bedroom house in Davenport about 20 mins away that is pet friendly on VRBO for under $700.

Sorry, no specific recommendation but will add a caution. Fenced yards do not seem to be common in vacation rentals so be sure to ask. Pet friendly will not necessarily mean a fenced yard.
