Personalizing the Stroller???

Should we or shouldn't we? I want to make it so that when we come out of an attraction I know which stroller is mine. We have a kolkraft in blue. It's very lightweight with cup holders for me and baby. I'm sure it's a popular one for WDW b/c it's a one-hand fold, big basket, reclines, lightweight...

How do I personalize it? Is there more of a chance that it would get stolen if I personalize it too much? I was thinking of making a small sign on Print Shop that says "Chase's stroller. If found, please return to the Wilderness Lodge. 8/10 to 8/17/03."

Is this too much info, not enough info? I'm just worried about when we go to shows like the Lion King show or Beauty and the Beast........other than that, we are travelling with my parents, my grandmom and my best friend, so when we go on rides, someone will stay with the stroller.

Thanks!

you don't need to worry about your stroller, noone else will touch it, although the CMs may move it to tidy up the paths. When you see how many strollers are parked everywhere, you will realise that noone is going to bother yours.

If you want to find it easily in the sea of strollers, then a balloon, or a bright scarf tied to the handle will make it easier to spot.

I bought lime green tennis grip tape and wrapped it around the handles of my stroller. IT made it easier to spot in the "sea of strollers" and also a little easier on the hands!

I took the metallic star ribbon that you can find at the Dollar Tree, and wrapped it up and down the bars of the stroller. Then, I took the little license tags that you can get for bicycles (with your state & your childs name on it...), and drilled holes in the snack tray to put it on. It hung from the front and was too cute! You could put your hotel info/dates on the back of it, too! ;)

Ha ha... the best tip I heard was to put some*thing* personal on it. I've heard tales of a dirty sock tied to the handle or better yet a dirty diaper in a plastic bag (w/ a little cola poured in for effect! *GROSS*). I certainly wouldn't touch any stroller w/ that kind of thing on it...

We didn't add any such thing, but our stroller was identifiable by our unique (read homemade) stroller pack on the back. :)

We had a green Kolcraft umbrella stroller with an orange bandana tied on it. I was shocked when I came out of a ride and there were two of them!!!

Some stranger gave us a mylar Mickey balloon (I'm not sure why). It was a great way to see the stroller from a distance, and my son loved playing with it.

We tied bright blue ribbon with pooh on my grandson's stroller handle at the top, closed the top to keep the sun off of it and we found it very easy.

We used the ribbon that we used on our luggage which makes it very easy to find also.

I purchased a bicycle flag and attached that , then let the kids make a bright design on the flag that really personalized it. It worked well and attracted attention from a couple characters too.

Im tying neon shoe laces to the stroller handlebars and by where DD will sit for both extra "laces" and for helping to id the stroller

We've never done anything special to identify our stroller - we always look for the one with the diaper bag in it - I used the one that the hospital gave us - it was a perfect size to hold the few things I needed. (That way, I couldn't over-pack for the parks!)

Even when we rented the Disney strollers, we always looked for our diaper bag!!!
