I have been lurking in this forum reading and admiring all of the awesome planning journals that DISers have created. I am more if the semi-homemade type and I am leaning towards getting a passporter and would love to personalize it with stickers, scrapbook paper, etc.

Does anyone have photos of your passporter you can share? Is the passporter worth the $$? Any other suggestions?

TIA!

sorry I don't have any pictures of my passporter but I love my passporter! Wouldn't go without it. We have used both the DL and WDW issue and update it everytime we go! I have loaned it several times to personal friends as well! It is definately worth the money several times over for us!:thumbsup2:worship:

Do you actually take yours to the parks or do you leave it in the room and take something smaller? Thanks for posting:flower3:

We take our Passporter each trip (PP, you can find the Passporter on Amazon or at CostCo) but never carry it into the parks. We leave it in the resort room & then stuff all the receipts, maps, etc. from the day into it each night & fill out the page for the day, makes a great keepsake

We carry as little as possible into the parks.

:surfweb: Hope some creative personalization pictures are posted, would love to see some!

I also carry it with me but it stays in my resort room and we fill it in each evening and check it for new information for the following day. I often will carry a small index card I have copied information down on or if I happen to be carrying a backpack for the day I might carry the yellow envopes that come with it for the day. I picked mine up on sale for the actual passporter internet site. You can often get apast years for very cheap then register it and update it online.

Enlighten me, what is a Passporter??

is a guidebook for Disney. The authors also have a website. It's full of information, in my opinion, written from a fan's perspective. It doesn't go in nearly as much detail as the usually referenced Unofficial Guide. (In fact UG cites Passporter as a good companion book.)

The book is designed to be taken into the parks with you.

It has a ring binder so you can stay on a particular page.
There are detailed fold out maps.
It has pockets for you to store lists, receipts, etc
There are numerous planning sheets.

The site even has a place to get updates for the book that come out after publication.
