personalized menus?

I have read about the coral reef having personalized menus, but do any other places do this? we are not seafood eaters, but I would love to get one for my Dad as a surprise!

We are going to Coral Reef in Dec for DS's 11th bday and I was able to get the diver with birthday sign to come down in the tank during lunch and personalized menus for everyone in our group. I called the CR and asked for Debbie and she took care of everything. she asked me to email her the pictures for each menu with the personalization I wanted. I have one for my DS, DD and another for DH, DM, DMIL, DFIL.
