Personalized Menu's???

I just read a trip report that showed a personalized menu at Coral reef that someone had done for the BF as a surprise... it was really neat, imo.

The thread was closed so I couldn't post a question there...

But can anyone here tell me about having this done.... Is it only at Coral Reef or do other restaurants participate. How does one go about having this done?

I just ordered a diver with a special banner to show up while we are having dinner at the Coral Reef for our upcoming trip. Also, they are putting together a personalized menu for the boys! How cute this will be. I included photos of them as they were growing up over the years to celebrate our many trips to the World. I can't wait to see it!

The diver and menus at Coral Reef is such a cool idea! We are not going to CR but I understand that Narcossee (sp?) does something similiar so I will use the phone numbers and see what I can come up with.

I was given an unexpectedly personalized menu at Citrico's, apparently because my reservation had a notation on it that it was my birthday. I would think the personalized menu could be requested as well.
