Personality Question--Same or Different on the boards vs in real life?

One time there was a thread and the meant something else, something not quite G rated, which I can't get out of my head, but that's not what you are referring to, right?


disykat, I guess I only drive you somewhat crazy with my smilies. I'm worse than some and not as bad as others. I actually do try to use them for a purpose. It is hard to convey our emotions on an internet dicsussion board and easy to misinterpret, so I do us them so someone knows when I am joking, really not serious, etc. Sometimes the hug smilie can mean so much to a person who is upset. Of course I use them at other times, too, but there are some truly useful times.

Robinrs, yeah, I heard about you.... no, really, I wouldn't think that you would be that way in real life. That one kind of surprised me.

tiggersmom2, my DH would think that you described me.

EthansMom, I'll have to go back and read more of your posts--I don't think that you've offended me yet, but I have a very bad memory and I do forgive easily, too. So maybe you did and I forgot. Do you remember and could jog my memory?

momof2inPA, I'm still processing that? Where in PA do you live? I might have to stop in and see for myself if I'm in the area sometime.

Must have missed that thread. I meant that I almost never dance around like a crazy banana. And I think I learned my lesson after searching for the definition of "snarky". I don't WANT to know what you think that banana is doing.

We should start a new thread... What smilie decribes you the most? If so, mine would be . I've always liked that guy.

The reminds me of a school mascot. All we need is and we're ready for a school assembly.

I'm sure you can take a guess, but it's not nearly as bad as snarky and there is a very good chance that I'm the one that clued you in to the snarky definition. I'm afraid that I've been elected as the snarky explainer. I should put it in a word document so that I can do an easy cut and paste each time that I need to explain, but I do NOT want my DH finding it on my computer. He does not know about that part of my DIS life... Anyway, if it was me that told you about snarky, sorry if I traumatized you for life!
