Thanks from Coasterzrock too. I guess I will eventually find how how I got them. Thought I was afk when Hula came into the room and somebody spoke up for me. Now it sounds like one of my friends who already had ears told Hula to give them to me. In any case I have ears.

So, thanks to all my VMK friends who have been doing everything they could to get me a pair of ears. It finally happened tonight.

Unfortunately, I did not know that it was the pin she wanted -- I didn't know that she already had ears. I hate to sound ungrateful, because I'm not, but I feel awful since it was my mistake.

It was nice of you to gift your prize to someone and nice of Hula to allow it. Perhaps VMK will show some sense when this month is over and allow us to trade our items to gift to others.

Coaster, it was a little of both, question is - did you get a pin and the hat? you were standing on the pin side of the river and the friend requested you recieve her hat, but Hula said you were already there - so you were covered.

Hula was extreamly nice, it was my first time seeing her during this event. Whether it was her instructions or her choice she let us pick but did say it would not be the normal all the time. It took quite a bit of time to do it this way and we did have some fun with her. Thanks to all the hosts for their participation in the event and their kindness and patience. (and no Lily, I wasn't stocking you that one day just trying to help a few people find you thats why I left after I got them in there.)

I don't think she meant to sound offended, just that most people here on the Dis only talk about gifting ears to fellow Disers.
I, too, hope the ears and pins will become tradeable, but until that does or does not happen, I will continue to give my ears to whomever does not have them.
To the poster Daze was responding to (JulyGirl): You can only give ears to someone on your friends list, so for most Dis peeps, that means gifting to other Dis peeps. And, as far as I know, Hula is the only host that is allowing players to gift extra ears. I may be wrong, but I have only heard people thanking Hula for this.

I do have a Dream Castle pin. Is that what all of you got? I assume I got it last night, but I have only been checking for ears and have not paid attention for new pins so I might have gotten it before.

Coaster did get his ears. I was talking to him last night when he logged back in to check to see if he had ears because I was too impatient to wait till today to find out...LOL. I am posting this in case he doesn't see it. He got ears and another pin but thinks the pin was from an earlier time.
