I was not on the receiving in of her magic but I want to personally thank her for going around the kingdom last night and spreading the Disney Magic!

She was out bestowing Dream Ears and t-shirts to unsuspecting players.

I wasn't in vmk last night, but was with belle in IM. Thanks Hula, the joy she expressed at receiving a hat put a smile on my face and a tear in my eye, that my friend was so happy!

I thought that was sweet, too. The irony continues for me, as I came in
earlier pre-dream to visit you, Belle. But you were afk. I stayed there
talking for a while and then left. I came back later after you got the dream.

I really never seem to be in the right place at the right time, but still, I'm
glad my friends are getting some dreams.

the reason for this thread is because Hula did this after the event was over.

Yes Hula, Thank-you so much I was one of the lucky ones to end up in Castle Forcourt while she was there handing out ears and shirts right and left LOL. She then asked us to leave so more people could get in to get ears!! I have a feeling that by the end of the month everyone will have a pair so just be patient...there are still many days left to go. Hula you rock!!

I would also like to thank Hula for coming to see me in my new room. I felt so bad I could not thank you as I could not get back to the room. Here I was winning big prize and only thinking agh I never got to thank her.

I was so excited in winning but at the same time I felt so bad I could not thank you I was trying to think of ways to thank you and hoped you would come to this board.

But when you showed up I was able to and only then could I really enjoy my room

I think they know they put you into shock at the time. That she came to check out your new digs was very thoughtful.

The problem is this is not following the rules. Staff need to stick to the rules and stop making exceptions for some and not for others. I saw Hula outside of the Dreams and despite this she did not extend the courtesy of exception to us. VMK needs to tell staff to follow the rules and keep it fair. Hula is known for making exceptions which help her image as a "sweetheart" host. Fin is the real sweetheart because she is fair and plays by the rules. Yes it was nice of Hula but what about the rest of us?

I must say a big THANK YOU!! To hula, for she not only made my day, she made several others as well! It was not even during the event time, but in-between. You also made a couple pink-haired girls dream come true. Thank you so much!!

VMK.com says Dreams Squad do certain hours like 8-11PM. And only during those hours and by those 3 people are Dreams done.

I was one who received a dream after the event was over Imagine my surprise! I had been talking to DH and then I looked at the computer and said, look red ears. I like those I want some. It took a few seconds for my brain to "get" who it was. I could barely explain to my Dh who it was. Then she ask, who doesn't have ears. I barely got in a me I was so excited. Next thing I know I have ears

Sorcererdonald is my good luck charm!!!!! We got our ears an hour and a half after it was over

We all know hosts, like players, have connection issues from time to time.
Perhaps...that might be why a host is on after the scheduled event...The main page explains they have a list to follow. Perhaps some days it takes a bit longer. Or maybe out of the goodness of vmk's heart they have asked some hosts to work a bit longer to help gift people. (The vmk element of surprise.)

I have ready many posts here where hosts have mentioned they were looking for something very specific when entering and leaving a room without giving a prize. It it is difficult for me to believe a host would purposely shun any player.

Who knows what vmk does and why...but just a couple of thoughts to consider.

Hang in there people...We are pulling for everyone to get a dream item! Just think of the host's side so many dreamers so little time.

I'm afraid I must be overlooking it, for I am seeing no specific times on the newsletter. Also, it never stated that ONLY during those hours can they be given out.

Also, Hula could be a Host the volunteered for over-time to give out more dream items in order to complete their over-all goal.

There are many reports of Hula working overtime. For that reason, I would not say that there are "set hours". It could happen any time.
