Always wondered what I would do if I ever had a golf cart issue while at fort wilderness......well found out last week.My son was driving the cart (17yo driver) and was leaving the pool area cart parking, when their was a loud bang, followed by leaking.Fortunately it was a monday am, with few people around. 1 of the 6 volt batteries literally exploded....He called me and we pushed and towed it back to our site,after telling the wonderful people at the bike barn, who helped us clean up the spill,batt acid,etc...In our loop,231, I saw the engineers,working on electric post and asked if they knew the closest place to get another 6v battery. NICK from engineering came to the site and made a phone call for me.He called Dave Zetwo with royal battery 407-908-0797, who within 1 hour d e l i v e r e d to my site a used battery 09 which is what I wanted, at an unbelieveable price...Dave also sells,and repairs all golf carts...so if your personal cart ever has an issue I highly recommend adding this ph # to your list...

Well, I called your guy today because my new to me cart blew a bearing on its maiden voyage since its make over. I also called Kenny at Tee Time but felt guilty about leaving a message since he was a rental business. About 10 minutes later, Kenny called and asked if he could help. In an hour, he met Deb and my husband at the overflow, had the bearings and even had his mechanic talk my husband through the replacement. Kenny is asuper guy who is dedicated to us DISbd members. I still didn't get a call back from your guy and I am sure he is great too, but Kenny deserves super duper props here and I just can't thank him enough.

I might want to add that Kenny mentioned that anytime DISbders are in need, even with their own carts, call him and he will be glad to help. Again, I cannot thank this man enough. He wouldn't even take the extra cash I sent up to the overflow and only charged us a nominal amount for the parts. Kenny is da bomb!
