After trying multiple times daily I finally got a full hook up site for this Christmas 12/27-12/31-16. Such a relief. I cancelled my tent/pop up site for 12/26-12/30/16 if anyone is looking.

Yes I was! and the funny thing is I logged on to check for this weekend since there were Fl resident rates available as of last night and POOF right there without even trying was a full hook up for the dates I wanted for December. Got so excited I forgot about this weekend. By the time I got to work and looked, this weekend was gone. I should of just booked this weekend last night, but DH had to check his work schedule. Oh well, it would have been too hot for me anyways, but I wasn't going to pass on $54 for a full hook up.

I have had the best luck either later in the evening, 8-9pm or early in the morning 6-7am. Good luck.
