I got a professional internship offer from Labor Technology Operation. It includes all aspects of Labor Management for Walt Disney World Operations including forecasting, workload, headcount planning, scheduling, deployment, pay, and reporting. It is more related to data analysis. Did anyone have experience about this? Is this very boring? How big chance I can find a permanent position in this field in Disney? Thank you very much!
