I know this sounds crazy but pimple cream may work. The higher titanium dioxide content the better chance it will remove the stain. You need to apply it and leave it alone for a couple of days. It will harden and you will see the ink flake off. I would also call the marker manufacturer, I am sure this has happenned to other people.
