Perks Question

Sorry I don't know this but:

We have used up our points this year, but were given a free 5 night stay at Embassy Grand Beach in November. Can we just show our membership card to get free parking at the theme parks? I thought parking was free to DVC owners, please clarify.

Thats what I heard as well. It seems fair to say that you would still get the parking perk even though your not on property. The card should be the only thing you need. I just recieved a free trip to the Sheraton Vistana to check out their timeshare deal. 5 days 4 nights and we just have to sit through a 90 presentation. We took a pass though, DVC is just fine.........

the parking perk comes with staying onsite.....not being a DVC member.

some people have reported that the guards let them in....

but don't count on it...

that say parking valet at BWV, VWL and BCV - does come with being a DVC member. remember you need to tip the CM.

Spiceycat is correct, theme park parking is not a DVC perk. It is a perk if you have an Annual Pass or are staying onsite (that is why you get car tags at check-in).

The free valet parking is only to use the ammenities at that resort, not including the pool. You must be staying on points at a DVC resort to pool hop.

Wow - they must be really hard up for people to buy into their timeshare!!! You know that DVC would never even have to offer people 1 night in a studio free to get them to buy!!!!!
