periwigs or ivy trellis

My DD5 wants to have her hair cut when we are in Disney. We are considering going to either periwigs at the BC/YC or ivy trellis at the GF for the hair cut. Would you recommend one over the other? Thanks so much for your advice!

Why not just do it at home and use the time to play? It's really nothing special, just more expensive than Supercuts.

I disagree with you on that one, Deb. The stylists at the GF and Y&BC are both quite good in our experience.

But it is expensive at least compared to where I live. If you live downtown in a large city, it might be comparable.

As to the difference between them, I would pick according to where you'll be. Both are run by the same company.

That may be true. If I were getting married or some other big event, I would consider it. But this is a five year old girl.

And if the child wants the pixie dust and colored gel, she's going to have to go to the MK Barbershop. And it's a barbershop, not a styling salon.

That's why I suggest getting it cut at home.
