Perfectly Princess Tea Party

My DD3 and I will be attending the tea party during our trip in August, and I was just wondering if anyone knows what the dress code for the adults is? My DD will of course be wearing her Sleeping Beauty dress . I'm just not sure if I need to dress up too, or if I can go in a tank top and flip flops. Any advice would be appreciated!

I took my daughter to this and she loved it. It was wonderful, well worth the $. There was no dress code for the adults, although most adults were dressed nice, in a summer dress. Some had on t-shirts and shorts. Most of the little girls had on princess dresses, and some also had just the t-shirt and shorts. I bought myself a dress to wear the same color as my daughter. Have a great time!

I thoroughly enjoyed this event with my DD5 (3 yo at the time) in May 2005! I still get teary-eyed when I look at the photos I took of her being a little Princess! The dress code was casual when we went, except for the young girls, who, of course, were dressed like Princesses! I wore a skirt, blouse and sandals and fit in just fine...Don't forget your camera and tissues! Enjoy

We had a great time last December when my DD 4 and I went. I wore jeans and felt fine since it's really about the little girls. But probably most of the moms were a little more dressed up. It's whatever you're comfortable with.
