Pepper Market Traditional Toppings?

I was just looking at the allearsnet menu for Pepper Market. Since I leave in a week, , I was wanting to get an idea of what they have. So I was looking at the description for the Fajitas and Quesadillas it mentioned traditional toppings. What would that be? I was thinking lettuce, cheese, and things like that. What else is on them?

At a guess (haven't ordered those there or been there in a very long time) salsa, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, possibly cheese or guacamole. Fajitas are usually served with all that on the side and you assemble them yourself.
