For those who have been to Pepper Market do you know:

What is a "wet" burrito?

Because I am a vegetarian, would the chefs be able to customize something on the menu for me if I ask them to use beans instead of meat or is everything pre-made?

Are the calzones cheese or pepperoni or cheese AND pepperoni?

That's exactly what it is, a customizable soft burrito. You tell them what you would like on it and they make it. I always order this. It's so warm, soft and delicious! 44 more days... 44 more days... 44 more days...

We just recently returned from CSR and ate at the PM a few times. A wet burrito is typically any burrito that is lightly covered in a red chile sauce and cheese. My son had one at PM and it was HUGE! As for customizing something, I do not see it as a problem as everything in the Mexican kitchen at the PM is "made to order." Sorry, can't help you on the calzones.

We had the calzones last year and they were very good. They make them fresh while you wait. You can order it with whatever you like on it.
