I've planned my 6th Disney Trip this September and was happy to read about the Pepper Market Breakfast/Lunch Buffets. With having the regular dining plan thought this would be a good work around from going to a sit down meal buffet and using my sit down credit for the day as opposed to using my counter one.

What items are on the breakfast buffet?

Anything special?

Would this be a reasonable replacement to the Chef Mickeys breakfast buffet(I've never been to that one either)?.

Please tell me they have corn beef hash and I'll be a happy panda

Just stayed at CSR and ate the breakfast buffet. Yes, they have corned beef hash. Actually they had lots and lots of items...omelet station, very good crisp bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, salsa,
waffles, pancakes, fruits, many breakfast breads and pastries, yogurt, etc. It is nicely set up with different stations for the various foods. The waitress brings beverages and refills (no beverage stations). I did not eat the lunch buffet as we were out and about during the day, so can't comment

We are staying at CSR in Sept.

That was my question kind of too.

How to the CS meals work here and is the Breakfast and lunch buffet here a CS or a TS?

If it is a TS what are the CS options.

How are their snack options there. Is a big or does anyone have a pitcure of the snack area
?

The Pepper Market breakfast and lunch buffets are a CS credit. Dinner is not a buffet and is also a CS credit.

There is the Rix Cafe if you are looking for more traditional types of CS items - sandwiches, etc.

Question....seeing that the PM is now a buffet at bfast and lunch, do you think they will still be able to prepare seperate items for dietary issues. My DD has celiac and is on a gluten free diet. A few years back the PM was wonderful about preparing special gluten free food for her (ie. waffles, pancakes, pizza, etc.). I just got off the phone with Disney to ask them this question and they said the PM had gone back to regular QS and the buffet was only for a test period but seeing by the post as of this morning from those of you who are there, it sounds to me the buffet is up and running still. Confused.

One more question, what is the latest time they will let you enter to have breakfast???

I may have to hit this up a few times for breakfast, and skip lunch, and do my sit down dinner.

Sorry, don't remember how late they were open for breakfast....I am sure that the lunch buffet opened at 11:30 and I seem to remember the breakfast closing at 10:30 or 11 (we eat early so really didn't pay attention to closing). I also can't comment on dietary issues but I do hope that it all works out for you.
