Pepper Market and DDP

Staying at CSR in November and I've heard nothing but good things about Pepper Market. Really exited to try it. I'm just confused how it works. You fill out a paper and they go get your order for you? How does that work with the DDP if I want to substitute my drink and/or dessert for something different? Will it just be automatically calculated when we pay?

Your server will give you a ticket/order/paper when you are seated. There are different meal stations around the restaurant. You go to whatever station you'd like to order from and present the ticket/order/paper that your server gave you and they will stamp it so the cashier knows which items you've ordered. Not sure how substitutions work with the DDP though.

@Gr8t Fan - Pepper Market doesn't do the ticket system anymore.

@knlasv - You go to the individual stations and order whatever you like. When you go the register to pay, just let the cashier know that you are on the DP and want to exchange "X" for "Z." We successful exchanged fries for a drink/dessert on our trip, no hassle.
