Pepper Market 10% & dining plan

I have read that when dining at Pepper Market there is an additional 10% gratuity added. How does this work when you have the dining plan? Is it the same as if you were eating at a table service? Thanks~

It is my understanding that the DDP no longer covers the 10% at Pepper Market. As such, it would be basically like a TS location. Note that if you get your order "to go", you can avoid this 10% charge. You can then take the food right outside to a group of tables by the lake and eat there.
