Did you know that Disney is eyeing Coney Island as the possible site for a new park (can you say Disney Sea NY??)? Maybe we better not show them this map...don't want them to worry about falling into the ocean and moving their site elsewhere.

Wouldn't it be cool though if they built something in NY? Well, a gal can dream.....

About the Coney Island thing though....speaking strictly as an MBA, I can't imagine Disney wasting money to put a park anywhere that the weather can dip below freezing for a substantial amount of time. You would really need the opportunity for constant attendance (and constant employment) to sustain the costs of running a Disney-quality park, I would think.
