people heads with embellishments

I have seen sigs with faces with mickey heads, hair, eyes, etc all personnalized. Can anyone help me out with finding who does these? Thanks guys!

The lady who makes these is Allison, a.k.a. tebi73. She has a ton of hats, skin/hair colors, accessories, etc. to choose from. Her thread is here: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2148904&highlight=tebi

She was great and got my caricatures done really quickly... and I used them all over my Disney wedding newsletters, brochures, and favors! HTH!
