people getting upgraded to DVC resorts

I wonder if it's the same as what the airlines do. They purposely overbook in hopes that people would cancel. If not enough people don't they bump or upgrade. Of course I don't think we'll see people get bumped

I have a booking at Pops, come on Disney give me a upgrade to the DVC.
