I do enjoy adult beverages, but usually not at Disney Parks. Once we return from a long park day and my kids are showered and in PJs, my husband and I will enjoy an ice cold corona by the pool at our rental.

Sometimes when we return to Epcot at night after leaving midday, we will enjoy a nice glass of prosecco from Italy while we watch the show. That's about it.
A couple summers ago, my four girls were meeting Snow White at Epcot. It was early evening- maybe 5pm. There was a long line behind my girls as they went for their turn with Snow White. It started out sweet and she was lovely to my girls. Suddenly, five drunken 20-something girls in matching t-shirts were walking by and spotted her. They immediately started shrieking her name, pushed past the rope for hugs and gushing over how much they loved her.
Security guards I didn't even know existed materialized out of nowhere and escorted them away. Everyone in line was staring at them and they just laughed back at all of us. It was truly embarrassing. I think the most offensive thing to me was not that they were drunk (because I really could care less how people spend their vacations), but how little they cared about the experience of those around them. Have drinks, sure. But be respectful to others, or at least have the sense to stop drinking when you know you won't be able to be respectful anymore. My girls' kindergarten teacher goes to Disney each year for F&W and has the matching shirts, etc. She is lovely and absolutely enjoys drinking around Epcot without being a jerk. She always shows me her trip pictures and which shirt they selected for that trip. I have no problem with those vacations. But I do when people are completely ignorant and legless drunk.
We have 5 kids and vacationing to Disney is expensive and takes a lot of planning and effort. To march up during a character meet and greet and spoil the moment for a 4-9 year old group of girls was the unforgivable part. Snow White had to break character for a moment because it was such a distressing invasion of her personal space and my girls totally noticed it. The magic of the moment was gone, and now two years later it's still the character experience they remember most, thanks to these silly girls who can't hold their drink.
Ok, rant over. Basically, I have no problem with Disney Park drinking. But I do if you are a loser about it.
