Penguin Front of Line Pass Questions

I am a platinum (Super Grover) member. I just printed out free front of line vouchers for season pass holders for my reserved day. It says that names must match, but they all printed with my name upon them. When when I tried to change the names it still printed with the name of the email account holder's name for the log in ... mine. also, do you take these vouchers to the RIDE itself or is it a voucher I must exchange elsewhere for some sort of other pass or ticket? Can I use these vouchers at any time during my slated day? This is not clearly explained.

I exchanged my printed voucher at the information/reservation booth for a ticket...he did say that wasn't necessary but I wasn't going to risk getting to the penguins and being told I had to go to the front of the park. We had a 10-15 minute outside of the ride. Didn't end up getting to ride though due to "technical difficulties". Not thrilled with Sea World right now.

The guest services to your left as you enter park? Always seems to be lines there. Can you use the ones that are deeper in the park where there is seldom lines??

We asked a lady near the front gate. She said there's always a line outside the "outer" guest services, but to bypass it, and go inside under the "guest services" smaller sign. She pointed out that we'd be waiting in air conditioning, lol!!! She was right. There was one person ahead of us, who'd had similar issues, with the penguin passes showing as "pending", and not really knowing what to do next.

Anyway, go inside, and they'll trade your printoffs for tix. I'll tell you that we still had a 30 minute wait once we got to Penguins. We presented our tix, and got to jump ahead. It isn't a true FOTL pass. It just lets you inside, so you can wait in the indoors line.

Yeah my tickets also printed with one name but I figured it's fine since the numbers were different giving you more than one ticket.I haven't gone to use them yet but I believe they say to exchange them at a kiosk at the front of the park and then bring the ticket it gives you to the ride attendant.

you can exchange your voucher inside the park at Guest Services, next to the stroller rental shop. They give you a "ticket" that is good anytime that day, no specific time.
