Pending?

I have been holding off posting because I didn't want to jinx anything, however I just need some reassurance. I interviewed in early October, and was waiting out my weeks for my folder, my heart sunk a bit when my fiancee found a regular sized envelope in the mail from Disney, but it was a pending not a rejection letter. Is it a good sign that I at least received that or am I doomed to get another letter in the form of a rejection? The pending letter said I'd hear by December 1st so I hope I hear soon, anyone have experience with pending letters?

i was pended early september. i waited 10 weeks from my interview date and heard back. i got accecpted from spring 2010!
