Pending to Accepted (what will happen)

My D applied the first day, WBI:successful, phone: 9/13, pending 9/14, request for additional paperwork 9/16 - faxed 9/17, no status change

Has anyone else experienced this?
Not just for Spr Adv 2014 but ever? what was your outcome?

I believe I just answered another thread of yours that said your D got accepted, so this probably doesn't matter for you at this point, but for anyone else that's wondering:

I applied first day, passed WBI first day as well, had my phone interview scheduled for 5 days later. Then I was pended two days later, AND also received my request for additional paperwork the same day. I was accepted 10 days later, 1 day before my 2-3 week window was supposed to begin.
For those that go through a similar pattern, the pending isn't an indication of anything bad, it just means that there is a possibility that they will take longer to reach a decision on your application. Some people look at the extra wait period as a bad thing, but I like to think of it as having an application that's so good, they are deciding which role to put you in since you exceed the qualifications of more than one role
