Man was it hot, hot, hot here this past weekend. In the low 90s. I broke down and turned on the air conditioner. Geez. But don't get me wrong. I much prefer summer weather over winter weather or snow or ice. A "cold" front will be coming through in the next couple of days, so the temperatures will go down in the 60s and 70s. At least I'll get to turn the air back off.

Well I received my letter/twist from Patsy today. Thank you Patsy. The nail file is so cute. I have a sneaky feeling that DD will take it from me though. She's always doing her nails.

I hope to have my letters out sometime this week.

Hello! I am still around.

Wow, what a week...Both parents are finally home and recuperating.

I got my letter/twist from Patsy on Monday but forgot to post. Love the Aloha nail file....Will break it in tomorrow..

Celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday today. She and I will be going to Florida on Sunday. Next week is touring her college, renting her an apartment and hitting the Magic Kingdom for a day. So my week has been filled with planning and packing.

My letters/twists go out in the morning and I will post as soon as I return from the post office.

Everyone enjoy what looks to be a good weekend all around.
