Peircings?

How long does it take a peircing to close when you put the earings out? I am SO DONE with pierced ears. so when will i have normal ears again? ( i will admit I did keep the two sets of holes)

I think I went about 5 years and didn't put earrings in. I had no problem putting them in when I tried again. Yes, there was a tiny bit of skin over the back of my ear, but no big deal. I don't know if the hole ever totally goes away.

I've gone 20+ years without wearing earrings, and still have holes in my ears. They don't go all the way through, but they're visible front and back.

I haven't worn earrings in 8 years, and my holes are still open.

i haven't used my second set of earring holes for five years now and can still put an earring in them. I honestly don't think they will ever close.

I didn't wear earrings for about 20 years, and when I started again the earrings went right in.

Why are you letting them go closed? After all you went thru? You are keeping two in each ear. I guess thats ok then. After two days I have to poke the studs back in there.

I have 4 holes right now. Im ready to be done with two of them. I know moms closed after about 2 years.

I have six holes- I only wear the front set & haven't worn the back two sets in years, but they're still open. I just don't bother with them anymore. You can still see them though... I think you always will.

Yes, my momma told me I wouldn't want all those holes in my ears when I got older.

I would love my third holes to close--Haven't worn earrings in them for 13 years, and they are still there.
