The lady that has been doing my hair and nails just up and left, without talking to me about this :sad2:

the really nice, swanky, relaxing saloon she has been at for many years. I mean really nice and relaxing. No cell phones, relaxing fountains, they even have a real nice looking young man that plays the harp a few times a month. She left to be the manager at the haircutting place at Walmart. Not that I have a problem with that..until today I stopped in there :confused3

and I noticed everybody in lanes 1-5, people walking in the front of the store, to the ladies rooms and customer service can see right in :scared1:

I really don't want my entire town seeing me with my hair wet and my brows being waxed :sad2:

Anybody else bothered by this that gets their hair cut there? :crazy:

i got my hair done at a place with the windows that look right into the parking lot--doesnt really bother me too much..we laugh at some of the peoples faces when they look in and im getting my hair colored so i have the foil in..but no problem

Michie, where have you been??!!??!! :hug:

And that stinks that your hair stylist moved. I don't think I could get my hair cut with peopel staring at me like that.

me too. the place were I go has windows facing out to the parking lot too. I really don't care. everyone has to go once in a while to get their hair cut, or have something done.

Where I get my haircut, people can see in the windows from the parking lot, and it doesn't bother me. I'm not too sure though I'd feel comfortable with all those people watching me in Walmart either. :eek:

The place I go to has windows facing a busy street. But everyone is driving by not looking into the store so it doesn't bother me. I would feel really weird having everyone in Walmart looking at me though.

Does anybody ever read any of my memos?? I made a BIG announcement I was going on a secret mission :confused3

I think I will try one of the other ladies at the saloon. Honestly, even if they did a bad job, my hair could not look any worse than it does now. :crazy:

Decided to give it a try last night.Will NOT be going back. I lost count on how many people stopped in to say hello to me or her while I had my hair piled on top of my hair like I was a poodle having a bad hair day :eek:

Not that I am vain or anything, ok, maybe I am. Just come from the old days in which you never comb or brush your hair in public, always go to the ladies room. Could just her my dear mother turning over in her grave.Plus, another reason why I have been going to this lady for so long is she very trustworthy and I have been able to whine in confidence to her over the years about my bunions, my wallpaper, drapery, and inlaw woes. Can NOT do that there :crazy:
