I have a friend who has been my pedicure buddy on and off all summer. I talked to her today and mentioned it was time to go and she said she had her last one three weeks ago. When I asked her why she said that she doesn't go in the fall and winter because her toes do not show. For me personally, I like to have my toes polished and my feet feeling soft because I think it is sexy. I do admit that I do not go as often in the fall or winter, but I still like to go every now and then.

So I guess I was wondering if there are others out there who stop for the fall and winter? Or if there are some, like me, who go every now and then? Or if there are some who still go on a regular basis.

I go every other week for a pedicure, year round. I never wear shoes in the house and all of my work shoes have open toe and/or open heals.

I recently got a pedicure and loved it. However, I wouldn't do pedicures through fall or winter. All winter my feet are covered-its cold in New England. I opt for comfy slippers and socks!

I haven't gotten one in winter before, but I did just get a coupone for a place that I'd like to try and the coupon expires 12/31, so I might just go get one soon. The worst thing would be either wearing sandals in the cold weather or waiting a while for my nails to dry.

I get one every month. I like my toes to look good all the time and a pedicure is so relaxing. I get a manicure too.

I get them all year round, here in Houston, you can be wearing sandals sometimes in December!

I don't get pedicures, and I usually don't polish my toenails after sandal weather ends. I do keep my toenails neatly polished when the weather is warm. One of my children was born in August, and several people commented on my pretty red toenails while I was pushing. :rotfl2:

I get my nails done every two weeks and a pedicure every four weeks. Here in So Cal, we wear open toed shoes pretty much year round. Plus, I think the fact that my feet are soft and groomed is important. But I think this is a recent trend...like the last 5-10 years. Prior to that, a pedicure was a treat :flower:

Here in New Hampshire very definitely wooly sox & warm shoes, but yes, I still get them.
Makes me feel nice & tidy & I like the pretty look. It is just easier to keep up if I get pedicures all year round. and its just one of those things that make me feel more feminine! ::MinnieMo
I do like to wear sandals when we flee to the south for our much too short trips! And who can tell when we might get a ding fare & a code? :sunny:

not as often but I get them. The polish holds up longer because I wear socks so much.
